I think we got charge 3 times.
So we were changing account holder, which requires a new account number. Had to paid off the remaining balance on the old account. So I went ahead and use my credit card to pay off the bill for $225. But my friend has an automatic payment so it charge her checking account too. Now, it's another $225. Then after transferring number get a bill for single lines plan for $465 I thought it was for AUG-SEP, just now realized it was for JUL-AUG bill that were paid twice $225 x 2. That $465 was an incorrect amount, so I contacted customer service and they help reduced the balance to reasonable amount I think it was $210 or something like that.
To sum it up I paid for JUL-AUG bill 3 times 1 with credit card, 1 with previous account holder checking account, and one after I transferred to new account as an account holder.
Note: there is a negative balance, I am not sure if it was credited. If it was it should be more so I am very confused with the bill right now. So for sure one $225 need to be refunded and possible another $225 too.
