Is it normal for online orders for new phones to take weeks to be fully paid?
I ordered a new phone almost two weeks ago and received my phone the following week, but the purchase is no longer reflected in my bank account. It pended for a few days only for it to return. I have not received any emails or texts telling me to try using my card again and have the receipt reflecting my purchase on my account. I have contacted T Mobile about this at least once, but I couldn't get a clear answer as to why this happened.

My phone was delivered to me though? It's the iPhone 15 series. Still no charge on my card.
Perhaps they are billing it to your account. Customer Care at 611 or sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter should get you the answer you are looking for.

T-Mobile will not take the money out of your account until the device is in stock. The charge was just a hold that falls off because they don't have a device that is ready to ship for you yet. If the order was for a Pixel 9 series, mid-September is when more should be available to fulfill orders and another shipment coming in October.
