so disappointed!!

I live in Florida, I went through 2 hurricanes in a month. I lost alot, was displaced for a few days, but I was luckier then most. My roommate submitted a fema application first so I was on my own, fema only allows 1 application per household. I am on SSI, I get little money,  but i always pay my bills. I contacted Tmobile about a payment plan, I told them what I was going thru. I asked how I go about doing it. I was told I will be off my autopay, so thats another 10 extra dollars next month, I will also be penalized a late fee. Look, I want nothing for free, but man you see I live in florida, you see my address, could I at least not be so penalized for being hit twice in a month  by a hurricane. Shame on you Tmobile.
