Decepcionado

I've been a T-mobile customer for 23 years. 23!!  Always paid my bills. And paid full price for any device I upgraded to. Sure would be nice if I got a free phone offer without having to add a new line or some other hoop to jump through. I'm about to jump ship over to a carrier that will give me one for being a new customer. I hate that.
