Disappointing Experience

I spent 10:00am-1:30pm on the phone/chat with customer service today. I have not had any access to anything needing internet at all (unless in wifi) for going on 4 days now. I spoke with people yesterday.. nothing.. today, for hours and was told to go into the store as a final result. So I am quite furious. I have been a t-mobile customer for over 20 years now.. and I can't even get help. Very disappointing. The customer service rep that told me I had to "calm down" because I was irritated that I would answer his questions, and then rudely would be asked again because he wasn't actually reading my answers and then the link HE was sending me weren't working, yeah he didn't help my thoughts on the process.. telling me to "calm down" because of that reasoning, not recommended for those working as a customer service rep. The issues I am having are not my fault, and the reason I am so frustrated is I am paying big bucks for this phone bill and I literally can't even use it. Sending me links from your company that don't work, not my fault.. especially when simply informing the rep that they weren't working so continuously sending me the same link obviously is going to get frustrating. THEN since I couldn't access the link, he just said there was no other way or solution around the issue and just flat out couldn't help me. I opened the chat in a different thing all together, the lady who was there verified the information right away.. so it was the rep himself doing something incorrect..
The lady also, was not able to help. Transferred me to tech, waiting 34 minutes on hold.. to be told that I had to go in store and hope they can figure it out.

Not happy. Sadly, I was talking about getting the internet deal you have as well. However, I work from home and need to be able to access the internet and this experience isn't exactly reassuring that I will have internet at home.
