dDoes tmobile help extension of payment during hurricane catastrophic disaster?
All billing related questions need to be addressed with Customer Care or the T-Force Team. You can request a payment extension from within your my.T-Mobile.com account when your bill is generated. Customer Care can be reached at 611 from your T-Mobile line and the T-Force Team can be reached by sending a DM to T-Mobile on either Facebook or Twitter.
