5G band changed on home internet and now i have unusable speeds after storm

After a thunderstorm where my power went down several times, my internet speeds dropped to a point where it's basically unusable. I can barely load websites and half don't work. I noticed my band for the 5G changed from n41 to n71 and shows -5 to -15 on y the SINR when it used to 15 and the SINR went from 15 to 0 on the 4G band I tried restarting it but it did nothing it's been like this for 6 hours
