Auto Pay Discount Reversal? Or Back to Paper!
I just called customer service, the rep told me 86% of her calls are complaints about this auto pay change. I told her I was going to switch back to paper billing! If we all switch back to paper it will cost T Mobile more than they're saving by eliminating the credit card auto pay discount.
Short-sighted decision by T Mobile, it represents an 8% cost increase one year after swithcing over….a switch that was in part made based upon the auto-pay discount option. Not a great way to build loyalty.
I'm still paying with credit card but I canceled my watch line to even thing out. I can use Bluetooth and wifi for my watch.
doing paper is cheaper than giving that discount… Bulk mail nowadays is like $300 per 100,000K and goes down greatly the more they send mail. If they stopped everyone from getting CC discount at $5 per line and says 40M stopped I could easily see bulk will cost around $.05 per account.
