Hey there. This is a great question because many people do find their bank's ebilling option more convenient. When you set up that process, you are not eligible for the autopay discount on your T-Mobile bill.
Cash grab from loyal customers. I will not give your company my banking information and will switch providers over the $15.00 month rate hike. Also ridiculous to do this with only a two week notice in my case.
