Money transfer lost?
I made a transfer from my bank account.
I have a proof of payment.
It was made on Dec 22nd (my billing period starts on 26th).
On 25th I still didn’t c the balance so I had to make a 1-time payment.
On 27th I still don’t c the balance.
¿Qué pasa?
Is there an email to send my ‘proof of payment’ from my bank to TM?

Tmobile doesn't offer support through email. You can try using messenger on one of Tmobile's social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.
