T-Mobile Store in Newnan, Ga
Today, I walked in the store at approximately 3:00 pm to get technical assistance since my phone went dead last week while I was on vacation. I explained to the young lady that last week my phone had no service and now I'm only getting text beeps and phone rings, but visual-screen is noy working. Without even looking at my phone, she said, "It's the digitizer. Once it goes bad, nothing we can do." I asked her if we could try using a different charger, she said, It doesn't do any good. It's the digitizer." She then checked my account to find out if I had insurance and found out I did not.
I mentioned to her that it's a shame that T-Mobile does not service their own equipment to which she replied, "We are sales group, not a repair group." I was highly disapointed in the following:
- Not inspecting my phone and try to diagnose the problem.
- Lack of personal approach to customer needs
- Lack of customer empathy.
My reason for reporting this is to make you aware of the caliber of people you have in the store.
