T-Monile Chat Giving Bad Info
Anyone else having issues with T-Mobile chat just saying whatever to get you off the chat? I had this conversation where I was told my bill would be 92 going forward, and that it would be applied permanently so I wouldn't have to deal with it every month. Then when the next month rolls around, the bill of course changes, and they say "nope, we won't honor that, even if the chat history shows that you were told that". The one this month just said "nope, we won't honor that, I'm disconnecting the chat".
In case you were wondering, they indeed don’t have an initiative to honor quoted prices

Yes. They've done this exact thing with me. I got in on a couple of the "too good to be true" promos earlier this year. I even confirmed details with chat reps before purchasing services and devices. The promos were never fully applied and I've had to call and chat every month since to get the credits. Now they are just outright refusing to honor the promos. Then I noticed they have also been deleting certain parts of my chat transcript such as admitting they misled me. I took screenshots of all of it though before they did that. I advise everyone to do the same.

I got scam into get iPhone 15 plus promo. Buy 1 get $700 off second. I got to two iPhone15 thinking it was I good deal with $700 off. After I got the bills after 30 days later, tNo promo apply for the phones. There is no way to cancel my account without playoff iPhones. Learn expensive lesson never trust T-Mobile l. I will tell everyone stay far away from T-Mobile. I will probably cut my lost and move to another provider
