Cargos no autorizados
I recently received my T-mobile bill and it was unexpectedly $110 higher than it should have been. Apparently I was charged for 2 added lines of Global 15GB??? I called customer care and have been trying to work with an agent for over an hour. She refuses to allow me to speak to a supervisor. All I want is for this $110 charge to be removed. SO FRUSTRATING!!
