$153.00/month for this???

Sadly, the plans for T-Mobile are now between 108 to 190+ per month!!! The add ons are the gutting culprits. I never had any issues with T-Mobile all of these years until now. The data shouldn't be causing that but maybe it is because it is unlimited. Maybe ask T-Mobile?

Have you tried powering off your device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh on the network?  Washington State is definitely one of those places where tower locations are challenging due to the terrain and dense vegetation..  What device are you using?  Was it purchased from T-Mobile?
