38.2mbps up

20ms ping

horrible horrible speeds here in Northern California..

I'd suggest you look at CellMapper.net. Coverage in that part of Tx seems to be a mixed bag. You might be able to do a test drive via a Network Pass. https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/free-trial

Service looks ok from Cellmapper, but the area is quite spread out.  As I haven't been there, is only opinion.
