ADVANCED METRICS
ON LTE, my metrics are rated as POOR on RSSI, RSRP, SINR. Can you change my Band to Band2. It is much faster and more reliable. It is available according to TMOBILE.
ON 5G, my metrics are rated POOR on SINR. Can you change my Band to Band n41? It is much faster and more reliable, and it is available as an option according to TMOBILE.
I have had trouble with TOBILE Home Internet and I believe they have the capability to change some settings to make it better.

That might depend on if it can reach or n41 / b2 are ‘too weak’ to reach.
They can’t force n41 over n71 or B2 over B66 LTE.
2 things
- Use the placement guide to find where the local tower is (roughly). Items like CellMapper.net work on Android phones, or computers (at least to show where the closest tower is)
- Try your device near windows where you have the best to line of sight to that tower. Even test it outdoors (not in rain/water/etc).
- Rotate the device (many are directional).
- Lastly, follow Nater Tater on YouTube. If you have a 'white' modem (g4AR/SE) , it has external antenna ports. These can help.

If your signal metrics on N71 are not-so-hot, they are only going to be worse on N41 (which has shorter wavelength and more limited range).

For power… yes. For SINR, not.always. in many.markets, n71 overlaps quite a bit, and due to items such as range, n71 will often interfere with other n71 towers, and its SINR can be lower. In rural areas, it can be the reverse. Eg. Sinr of 6 on n71 vs 17 on n41. Power is better in n71 than n41, but expected
