Cannot dial or receive calls, text working only with wifi

Tonight I cannot use my phone. When someone calls me I cannot hear them. When I call a person, I cannot  hear them, they say they can hear me. I can use text only when I turn on wifi. Just all of a sudden happened, no changes, no new aps. I did hard reset three times. Still no phone. Network issue?

I am stuck! Any ideas? Ty
