Excellent Service

Unsure how to leave a proper customer service review. It would be good if T-Mobile could make this easier.

 

Had an excellent experience with Derwin over the past 45 minutes. Thought there would be a survey option but there wasn't. Please give him 5 stars for his patience and courtesy. 

 

Don't really want community replies, just want to get the message across that he provided wonderful service, in contrast to recent experiences with Assurant. Thank you Derwin!

Not only did she answer our questions carefully but she took her time to explain different solution and ways to fix our phone plan. Thank you Dali for your help 10/10 customer support.

    I just received a iPhone 15 and internet service from T mobile.  I was with AT&T for over 10 years.  I am so happy that I switched.  AT&T upped my bill by 7 dollars and I always ran out of data.  T mobile has been great!  I no longer have to ask for free wi fi settings at restaurants.  I was delighted with the service I received at the store.  No complaints.  Keyon was very patient as he answered all my questions many times over.
