Hurricane Ian Coverage
For over 3 months I had little or no service. Over 52 phone calls, change settings, put them back, phone not compatible, phone compatible, no one was able to help and really weren't very concerned. Then I was made aware of the "black box" and service has been much better. Now that we are in the cone and waiting to see where Ian hits, I am getting nervous. Am I correct that if we lose power, and the black box is not operating, I will again not have service? I am completely alone and need to know. I was told that our towers were being "modified and updated" and this will continue into the Spring of next year (by corporate), that would have been great information to give to customers prior to taking their money.
Thank you for any information for this old lady.

a ton will depend. once it hits how much damage will there be to the towers themselves? its anyones guess but keep in mind that when emergencies kick up the signal gets prioritized to emergency personnel .
