lemon iphone 14
This iPhone 14 is a lemon. It drops calls, won't send messages, won't close out or drop down when touched, doesn't always recognize my face, constantly says SOS, We have fiber optic internet. I reboot constantly and that doesn't help. I put it on wi fi calling- doesn't help, taken off WiFi calling doesn't help, use sms- doesn't help. I want my old phone back. This has been nothing but trouble since day one. Any suggestions?
Take it to an Apple store for a warranty exchange if it's still covered.

Took it to two t mobile stores and got no help at all. Basically they said sorry you got a lemon. It will cost $$$$ to get a new phone. I'll be switching back to Verizon ASAP!
