I cant play Illinois lottery online from my home in NW Illinois because I get an error that says I'm using internet not in Illinois. Apparently I'm in Minneapolis Minnesota, specifically Golden Valley. I'll call Tmobile for a resolution.

You can always use your cellphone for a more precise location with the Illinois lottery app or go to your local lottery retailer.
