Has anyone been told they will get credited for paying a bill and not being able to use their phone⁉️ I have nurses and aides coming to my house who have to clock in for work but can't because of the service ‼️ Sometimes they don't get paid because the Company can't believe they can't get service. I'm tired 😫 of walking around my house and outside to try to get a signal. I'm a senior and don't have money to throw away 😞

That is definitely not a great device to have in areas where service isn't the best.  If you have internet with WiFi.  You could always enable WiFi Calling in the device settings.

What device are you using?  Cellular radios vary a lot by manufacyurer with Samsung being some of the best available and Intel (used in some iPhone's) as some of the worst.  Is there something in it around your house that might be causing interference?

The service you are paying for is your number.  Even if you don't make or receive any calls or textd or use any data.  You are paying to have that number and any usage for that number, whether you use it or not.
