No Service 50% of time

I've been happy Tmobile customer for 10.5 years up to last couple week.

Family has 4 devices & we also have T-mobile home internet.

Now to issue: 

Tower in my neighborhood has been taken over by Hawk destroying service to point calls can't even be made.

Spoke to tech support couple weeks ago , evidently this has been on going issue with that tower for years which Tmobile hasn't addressed & now it has become critical.

Last week I took ride tower to observe finding small branches ,  leaves @ very top total mess!

I searched on youtube for hawk sound & let it blair through car stereo speaker & big hawk flyes out & service was restored.

TMOBILE NEEDS TO CLEAN THIS MESS UP ASAP!
