No service/connection
Has anyone been experiencing the no service/connection - even with the wifi. For the past several weeks service has been horrible. Having very little to no connection.

I'm having the same in MA. Replaced SIM, did all the troubleshooting. They did tower work here too, and I've had no signal since. Without wifi I can't make or receive calls. So frustrating because service was better than anyone else's up until now. I really don't have time for this!

Yes, last 5 days now, my Internet has been belly up 1-5 mbps

Having the same kind of problem on my home pc using their router!! Frequent signal drop outs. seems to happen more in early mornings 6am to about 9am and early evenings 4pm to about 6pm. We are all paying good money for what is supposed to be the "flagship of internet providers" Well, I haven't seen the ship or the flag for that matter!! We should at least get credits on our bills for "lack of uninterrupted internet service"
