1.Configuraciones
2. apps and notifications
3. See all apps
4. Tap the 3 dots menu upper right corner
5. Tap show system
6. tap phone services
7. tap notifications
8. Turn off alerts
Goodbye notifications on the temporarily turned off by your carrier crap.

I'm getting the same notification, but I noticed that when it shows up, my mobile data doesn't work at all. :( Any easy cure for that? I've tried restarting my phone, turning on/off Airplane Mode, and checking on my SIM. I can't make any calls or use the internet without wifi since that message has shown up.
Great! Nevermind you can't make calls or send/receive texts or use any data. Nevermind your phone is a brick while this is active. At least your won't have that pesky notification telling your about it! Great plan! Awesome fix!
