phone location inaccurate

My phone location is normally very accurate. But about 2 months ago while at home, my location started to report inaccurately. It shows that I am at a location about 5 miles from my home, almost always at the same location every time. I use my location information to run home automations so now they don't run how they are supposed to because my location reports as away from home. It does bounce back and forth from home to the other location a lot. Anyone know how I can fix this or report the issue ?
