poor connection
Anybody else's connection went bad all of a sudden??

Good luck. There's a tower up US-101 that's been down for 6 months, and the other is decommissioned. Rep's don't even acknowledge that there was a tower.
I’d recommend hitting up FB/Twitter/X which have US based tech support to try and get some info.
Alternatively - if its Home Internet - there’s a dedicated number for it.
As far as class action - you'll have some trouble with that until you go arbitration. I'd say try social media / HomeInternet number .. if that doesn't work, go up the food chain through BBB / PUC /FCC.

Yes, spotty service for a couple of days now. Both TMHI and phone. TMHI is often garbage, but phone at least usually worked when it was out. No joy from cust svc.
