If you are referring to the PIN you choose when setting up your account.  If you don't remember it, T-Mobile will need to verify your identity to reset it.  You will need to either visit a store, contact Customer Care at 611 from your PAH linked line, or by reaching out to T-Mobile via DM through Twitter or Facebook.
