Motorolla 5G not receive calls

On 09/14/2024 my Moto g 5G (2022) phone had an automatic update to version T1SA33.73-40-4-10. After the update, I could not recieve incoming calls, they would forward to voice mail and then show up as a text message. The phone would not ring. The advice from LLessur to “Not Allow” 5G retored the incoming phone service. Maybe the update turned on the 5G feature, not sure if it was on or off prior to the update. This was the first time that incoming calls were stopped and sent to voice mail with no ring tone.
