No 5G service In Ultra 5G Coverage area
My wife and I signed up on 8/20/22. I checked and my residence is in the middle of a 5G ultra zone, but I have yet to get 5G at home on my iPhone12. The best is LTE with 2 bars, but mostly only 1 bar...
Also, the phone has a brand new SIM card installed by the agent at the TM store where we enrolled. And I do get 5G outside of my coverage area (east Sacramento, CA neighborhood).
Is there anything I can check on my end? One chat line agent did mention a work order number that was opened on 8/03 and still has not been closed. Is there any way to determine what that work order says?
