several different issues that have been happening on several different devices that i have used

having issues with all the phones ive used on my tmobile account for a while now.  my ip address is always saying 127.00.00 on each and every device I have used each device sometimes says no internet connection but ill be looking at some site and speaking on the phone that the screen that message is being displayed on whenever I am on a Google site there is a. portion of some message that always says that im using a special android package
