Severe Intermittent Static,

I provide a line for my 84-year-old sister in an adjacent state.  I bought her an I-Phone 11 about two years ago. Over the past year, while conversing with me or she with her friends and family, in all environments, be it shopping, other homes or her own, at random, she gets static.

Static big time. We all have to hang up when this occurs. I have contacted T-Mobile support, They walked her through every step exhausting all efforts without success. Has anyone experienced this issue? I may have to buy another phone for her, but it distresses me to replace the phone.
