SIGNED UP FOR MLB AND GOT A CODE
I SIGNED UP ON MARCH 28TH FOR THE MLB TV SPECIAL
NOW IT’S TELLING ME THAT MY COUPON HAS EXPIRED.
WHAT GIVES? HOW DO I SOLVE THIS ISSUE?
I WAS ON THE APP WHEN I FILLED OUT THE INFORMATION, GOT A CONFIRMATION WHILE ON THE APP, AND NOW I’M BEING TOLD THAT I DON’T HAVE IT.

Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you since this is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access.
