I have having similar issues, and not for the first time. We have 4 phones on our account and three of them cannot make or receive calls to each other, but can make and receive calls from other numbers. No one has blocked anyone, and the issue started for all 3 of us at the same time today.
Local store was no help. Very frustrating.
