velvet 5g
Any one else having major connection issues with this device. Literally have to restart it each time it switches from wifi to data. Tower hand offs failing, 5g network issues or is it the device? Upon trouble shooting the phone with a T-mobile Rep. the issue still remains. At this point I'm thinking I just want a different phone. Always loved my LG phones loyal since the optimus. now though not so sure.

I am currently expirencing the same issues and its been 4 whole months without a phone. I would have just given up by now but i have 2 additional lines and phones family uses that arent having any issues whats so ever. But as for this LG Velvet Foget it...useless and i'm literally about to pull my hair out! Did you happen to find any resolution. T-Mobile told my friend they no longer sell or deal with any LG phones? Thanx for the NOTICE T-Mobile? They refused to even touch phone and reset it to factory settings or whatever. Frustrated..PLEASE SEND ANY INFO you know or have learned. Thank YOU!!

This LG Velvet has been an issue with me form day one. Being charged every month, still paying. All they do when out of their scope. All they want to do is refer to LG. Horrible issue with Carrier Hub issue, Which is a TMobile / Sprint issue. Other companies do not use it for a Reason. Although they say it is LG and they don't make the phone, they make the promises to their customers. They say they put customers 1st yeah maybe 6 years ago. I wish they would just take ownership of this phone and swap or credit people. Not Swap for another Velvet either.
My phone has been in the desk for months. Maybe a year.

I have now been through a factory reset, 30 customer service agents, and 3 phones. They all keep just trying to sell me on an upgrade and not fixing the issue with the software that they pushed to my phone. I didn't open my device till this dec and now seeing the exact same issue which you referred. It's just ridiculous honestly the way it's going on ....almost burnt 25+ hrs on 8 diff reps with no luck. Even got fwd to LG support where their tech said all they can offer is a repair for which I need to pay as it's 2021 model which isn't under warranty anymore. I'm just baffled the way tmo is handling this, until I stumbled on this thread I was thinking it's just luck but now I realized it's widespread known issue which they are just ignoring. I'm currently stuck with this junk and they can't seem to help 😞😞😞. I'm almost done with TMO ....it's shame they are losing business!
