why did they force us to upgrade if there's no service?
I've recently finally upgraded to 5G. I've been putting it off and apparently for good reason if I'm not connected to Wi-Fi. I have absolutely no internet so when I leave the house I can't use any apps. I was shocked that they were actually giving us a new free phone but now I see why because the service is so terrible. It's the only way they can keep you on it. Why is 5g so bad?
I had a 5G phone a little after they came out with them but I didn’t keep it since I got better coverage and speeds with my Pixel 4XL.
With most everything location is the biggest factor so you may be in a weak signal area. Try going into the settings and select to connect to the 4G-LTE network and see if that helps.
