Yes,  download speed has dropped to where internet is only handling email and web searches. Streaming is impossible have been working with support for 4 days.

Yup that's the same thing it's doing for me went and got different router from T-Mobile yesterday and doing the same thing. I'm in Portsmouth Va 

Same.  Just came home and devices can connect to wifi, app shows connectivity to Internet, but none of the devices can actually USE the Internet.

This is a joke tbh. Never have I ever struggled this much with any form of internet. Two phones connected and it's slower than a turtle. 

Yes the net is slow, intermittent. It's on, it's off, it's weak, then off. I spent an hour on the phone with a rep before they finally told me there is a service issue with no eta to be rresolved.i missed a whole day of work yesterday because my work requires a constant connection. Woke up this morning an hour before work and it's still on and off. 

It's also the cell service. I keep dropping from 5g to 4g to no bars. 3 bars and a mix of them all. I pay tmobile 200 dollars a month as a sole proprietorship business and I can't work. For that much money I expect better

Rdme,  I Don't believe that all of us are necessarily having the same issue with the same cause.  You might have a tower down causing a complete outage.  If you have mobile data activated I would think some cellular internet function may be available unless cellular service is also out. My problem has been buffering while streaming through smart TVs.  Performing speed tests revealed speeds that are way below what t-mobile has published.
