Did you purchase your device directly from T-Mobile USA? Does your device and account meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements?

Then the person you purchased the phone from needs to make the request if they meet the requirements.

I purchased this iPhone from someone else and he purchased the phone from T-Mobile.

You need to be a customer of Tmobile USA to be eligible for the unlock code.
