Phone Usage Logs
How far back can I access the text message logs on my line? I know that T-Mobile does not store the content of the messages, but how far back can I access the logs that contain dates and numbers of incoming/outgoing messages?
Up to 18 months should be available on your bills through your my.t-mobile.com account. If you need to go further back, you will either need to go t o a store and have them printed or reach out to Customer Care at 611 or by contacting the T-Force Team by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to have them send out to you.
