I paid for assurance on the phone every month!
I pay for assurance every month on the phone. I filed the claim and I still have not received the phone since September 7. I called them every day and I haven't even received a phone call back or email.

Have you checked your junk email folder to make sure something related to your replacent wasn't flagged as spam?
