Adding Router to Arkadyan
I recently got T-Mobile's 5G Home Internet. So far, I am pretty happy with the service. The only complaint I have is that the wi-fi signal does not reach to all the corners of my house. Can I add an external mesh router and nodes in the various room? If so, what kind and how do I set it up? As far as usage goes, I basically have like 30 smart light bulbs, 4 iPads, iPhones, and stream TV one or two TVs at a time. I also work from home so I use a lot of WebEx/Teams with video calls. Does T-Mo sell additional nodes that simply extend the signal?

I use a TP-Link Deco M5 mesh system. Just plug one (of 3) of the routers directly to the TMHI gateway via Ethernet cable and follow the instructions in the Deco app for easy installation. Then just plug the other 2 into an outlet and they'll sync up to the main router. Place them around the house as needed. Works great for me. Everything will then use the Deco Wi-Fi.

When you set it up, are you indicating a static IP, dynamic IP, etc.? Also, which gateway do you have?

Dynamic IP. I have the Arcadyan gateway.
