I've been on the phone with them twice each 30-45 minutes long and they are just giving me the go around - told me I'm approved and should get an email. It's been past the 10 week period. They gave me Amazon's customer service phone number and told me to call them. I'm getting so frustrated at this point. I've checked my email and spam and nada. Zip. Nothing.
If you are approved and they can't successfully re-send the email to you, then they should provide the Amazon discount code for you to try while you try to purchase on Amazon site. If not, ask for someone who can help you place the order. To me, the Rebate Team was able to help me. Talking to Amazon wouldn't help, unless you have an Amazon discount code that's not working.
