Change Payment
I've tried and tried to figure out how to change what card i use to pay for the gateway and can't find a way to do it. Reason being is i'm changing banks and getting new cards. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Login to your my.T-Mobile.com account, add your new card as your payment method, set it to the default payment method, then you should have the option to remove the old card.

Would the number be in your order for the service? You can always reach out to Internet Support by calling, 1-877-791-0928. They can provide you the number and assist you in setting up your my.T-Mobile.com account.

If you ONLY have T-Mobile internet service, you need to go to our Servicio de Internet 5G residencial confiable | T-Mobile page and then select the My Account drop down. The Registrarse para ID de T-Mobile option there does not require the phone number. I just triple checked and it needs name, email, and create a password. You have to use the same email address that was used on the Gateway order or it won't be able to find you, but it totally skips the phone number requirement.

Mine has an 11 digit "internet line number". I've tried different variations of the number and it does not work. There is no other numbers that are 10 digits that would be the number for the unit.

I used the same email, still wants me to link a phone number 🤯
