Fire tv 50 inch home internet promo

I made contact with T mobile customer service 4 times. i was able to verify my compliance with activation & promotion requirements. all paperwork completed corrected. was told to contact amazon directly for tv delivery but no way to contact them. This promotion should take place automatically. so its been 6 months. I believe this was a scam from T mobile get people signed up home internet. customer should not be begging retailer for tv promotion. Buy beware from promotions any company. ..Good luck looks like they will never deliver this promo. never again I will  consider changing  Internet company.

    Sorry to hear that.

    FWIW, I eventually did get my Amazon Fire TV via a coupon code ("rewards code") that I was able to use at checkout on Amazon.com. It's been nearly six months so I don't where I got the code from (e.g., web portal, email).

    That said, check your junk mail/spam folders. 

    Before I got it, I kept checking this site for the status: https://promotions.t-mobile.com

    • Enter all required information, including email, assigned billing number, and Promotional Code: 23FIRETV. You can find your assigned Home Internet billing phone number on your bill under “Connected Devices.”

    They said I'd get the code "within 10 weeks," but it was maybe a week or two after that. I purchased T-Mobile Internet after Black Friday to get the deal, and activated the internet device as soon as it came in. 

    I'd keep bugging T-Mobile on this until you get your TV. Maybe try this number (I found in my call history): 1-888-390-6867.
