Gateway Trouble

About ½ through the article the author explains a few steps on how to overcome the errors including unplug and restart the gateway, remove and reinsert the SIM card (or go to the local T-Mobile store and ask for a replacement SIM card - it could be defective), or do a device reset.

@tpeppers the error code WAN002 seems to be an issue with the SIM card, according to the following thread. The fix was to "reseat" the SIM card. If the card does not make a good connection, it sounds reasonable you would have issues. Depending on which device you have, just press it and it should pop-up, and then press it back into place.
