I just left Breezeline due to horrible service for over a month, and when it went out from home, my T-Mobile iPhone became my hotspot. After realizing it was more reliable than my landline Internet, I tried the T-Mobile Home Internet. I was shocked to get 700 down and 60 up, consistently, so after two weeks of successful stress testing I dropped Breezeline. With that said, here are my two main frustrations: I have a UniFi network with several APs in my home all connected to a UniFi switch and UniFi router… I am sure you can see where I'm going with this… 1) I do not need theSagemcom Fast 5688W router OR 2) its WiFi. You cannot disable WiFi on the unit, or put it into bridge mode to bypass the router. I have tried getting into the device with no luck. So now, I have a double NAT situation and the T-Mobile gateway is emitting frequencies that are going unused. This is a huge oversight on T-Mobile's end. T-Mobile, if you read these, I know a few people using your home internet, and they're all complaining of the same thing - Forums are also littered with this feedback as well - Please listen. Allow 1) Turning the WiFi radios off, and 2) bypass the gateway's routing using a bridge mode (I think that will work). This is very disappointing that it's so locked down, but with that said, I am happy with the reliability. I just would love to see some additional functionality added as I'm sure I'm not the only person using my own router or mesh system with their gateway. If anyone has any suggestions would love to hear. ¡Gracias!8.9KViews5likes16ComentariosMESH Extender - Solid White Light
The MESH has a solid white light. No matter what I do, I cannot get to blink white for set-up. This unit was working fine for nearly two months, now it just has a solid white light and doesn't connect. Tried resetting the gateway, unplugging the MESH, hooked up via ethernet cable, and the reset button. Nothing works.Solved5.1KViews3likes18ComentariosBought service 2 days ago. Now canceling.
Hello Community - I recently purchased the home internet away plan (since the standard service is waitlisted). This costs an extra $100/month above the normal plans. I was also planning on switching over phone lines from cricket to t-mobile consolidate. T-mobile appeared to be a good solution to address xfinity intermittently losing service in my area. Unfortunately, i have come to discover upon hooking up this hardware andxfinity hardware into a router, the t-mobile hardware does not allow the wifi to be disabled. This took a few hours to extract from the T-mobile support/tech team for what i would think is a basic feature. Ill be ending my contract with T-mobile immediatley and seeking a refund where appropriate. What a bummer and bad business decision.129Visto0likes1ComentarioWorld of tanks not working
World of Tanks does not connect and I have tried everything from uninstalling the game/reinstalling, uninstall norton360 and reinstall, uninstall nvidia drivers and reinstall. It plain will not connect at all.. World of warships works though. Weird. Help!!! I have the gateway connected a EERO mesh network. I reset the network too. No help there. last resort is unplug the gateway and boot cold but I doubt that will work too. Solutions anyone? *App says THERE ARE!!* So I'm having all sorts of trouble with stuff right now. New customer. The gateway seems to be working fine as a matter of fact it was giving us internet before that it was ever set up or anything with an app. I was explaining the to the lady who helped me set it up but she didn't seem to understand that I was telling her we had already had internet with that box giving us the the T-Mobile ID to connect to before it was ever set up and the first place. However, over the last week or so we've had nothing but trouble even getting it to keep a connection. When you would try to log on it would say connection failure and restarting the box and all the other troubleshooting tips didn't work. Is this common? And also, I don't have phone service through T-Mobile I just have the internet through T-Mobile. However when I log into the T-Life app, it says that I have messages. I've looked at the gateway and it shows none. When I'm in the app there's no way to access the messages it just says that they're there. What messages would this be? And how do I access them if the gateway says I don't have them? Because they would have to be messages from T-Mobile or error messages from the gateway because again I don't have phone service with T-Mobile. Any help would be amazing.40Visto0likes0ComentariosG4Se Problem with LAN port speed.
I just bought my Wifi Home from T-Mobile. I got the G4SE modem. Everything works well, I only have one drawback: I have my own network with my router and when I connect to the interface via LAN, my router receives about a third of the speed I get by connecting my phone to the G4SE modem wifi. My question is whether this happens to anyone else. Are LAN ports limited in speed? I have good coverage and the wifi is fast, but any LAN-connected device gets noticeable bad speed, whether it's PC or router.176Visto1like3Comentarios
