Gateway Trouble

About ½ through the article the author explains a few steps on how to overcome the errors including unplug and restart the gateway, remove and reinsert the SIM card (or go to the local T-Mobile store and ask for a replacement SIM card - it could be defective), or do a device reset.
Let us know what fixes your problem.
@SDunn T-Mobile recently changed their billing process to exclude credit cards and save $$ with debit cards. I was able to quickly change mine from my credit card to my credit union debit card, and still get the discount.
Long term it is worth the change in my humble opinion.
