help accessing gateway administrator settings
Help! I factory reset my home Internet this morning and I can no longer access the admin settings. When I access the home Internet app it keeps logging me in automatically to the custom name and password I had before the reset. Even in my phone settings I can't get to the settings for the router through the IP address, keeps telling me the site can't be reached. What can I do to get to my admin settings again?
@Muddy85 Disconnect your TM Gateway from your network, then hit the reset button (on the back or bottom) and reset it to factory specs. Then, open your TM Internet app and reconfigure it from scratch. It takes a few minutes, but it is the quickest way to clear up your issues.
