Home internet router return, should I include the chrger?
I have given a shot for 15 days trial and it is practically useless for for WFH setup. MS Teams fail to connects few times, video calls doesn't work etc..
While returning the equipment (Router) do they expect me to ship the charger too?
From T-mobile's site for in store returns they say "Bring the device, all accessories, and any original content with you when you head to the store". Assuming the return process would be the same for their mail in service i would say to include the charger as well.
