What channel is the 2.4GHz set to? If it's auto. That might be the issue. The most compatible channels for troubleshooting are, 3, 6, and 9 with 6 being the most commonly used.
That is why i need router access, can't find that option on the t-life app
There is no router access or web interface. Only through the T-Life app.
Ok so how can I check which channel I'm using or how to change it.
Now basically having the same issue with an Xbox
